Network Support Services

Networks that stay up, and somebody to call when they don’t

Office networks and Wi-Fi designed, installed and looked after — so the people using them can get on with their work.

What this covers

  • Business network design and configuration

  • Structured cabling
  • Firewalls, switches and routers
  • Remote monitoring and alerting
  • Fault finding, on site or remotely

What you get out of it

Problems found first

Monitoring tells us something is wrong before your staff have to ring and say so.

Plain explanations

You get told what went wrong and what we did about it, without the jargon.

On site when it matters

Some faults cannot be fixed down a wire. We come out for those.

Backups that work

A backup nobody has restored from is not a backup. We check ours.

How we work

01Discovery & consultation

We learn the business, the problem and what success would look like.

02Planning & strategy

Scope, approach and a written plan you can agree before work starts.

03Design & development

Built in stages, with something to look at early rather than at the end.

04Testing & quality assurance

Checked on real devices and browsers, and fixed before it goes live.

05Launch & ongoing support

Deployed carefully, then looked after — we don’t disappear afterwards.

Frequently asked

Do you only work with businesses in London?

Remote support is wherever you are. On-site visits are in and around London from our office in Hackney — ask us about anywhere else and we will be straight with you.

Can you work alongside our existing IT person?

Yes, and often that is the sensible arrangement: they handle the day to day, we handle the infrastructure and the things that need a specialist.

What if our Wi-Fi is just slow in one part of the building?

That is usually a layout problem rather than a hardware one. A survey shows where the signal actually reaches, and the fix is often moving or adding one access point.
