About us
A technology company in East London
Smart Choice IT Solution Limited is a technology company in Hackney, East London. We build and look after the digital side of other people’s businesses.
We work with businesses that need the technical side handled properly — the website customers see, the software the team uses every day, and the networks and databases underneath it all. Having one team across the lot means nothing falls down the gap between suppliers.
We would rather talk you out of something than sell it to you. If a simpler answer exists, or the thing you have asked for is not the thing that will fix the problem, we will say so before you commit.
Everything we build is explained in plain English. You should be able to understand what you are paying for, and what it does, without a technical dictionary.
How we work with people
Not with the technology, and not with a product we happen to want to sell.
Including when the honest answer is that you do not need what you asked for.
Designed so the next change is an addition rather than a rebuild.
Support and maintenance are part of the offer, agreed before launch.
