Privacy policy
This explains what we do with information you give us through this website.
Who we are
This website is run by Smart Choice IT Solution Limited, Second Floor, 313 Mare Street, London E8 1EJ. If you have a question about your information, email info@smartchoiceitsolution.com or call 0800 099 6887.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to put in the form — a phone number, a company name, a budget range and your description of the project.
Our server also records the address your request came from and which browser you used. That is kept to help us spot automated abuse of the form.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of what was discussed. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than our hosting provider, who stores it on our behalf. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation starts again. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@smartchoiceitsolution.com and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
